Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at Info@nnexacore.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back. Please make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • If your refund is delayed beyond the stated timeline, kindly contact us and we will work with your payment provider to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us at Info@nnexacore.com. Once approved, we will ship out your replacement product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will ensure a replacement or refund is arranged promptly at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must go through NNEXACORE customer service.

  • Refunds are only processed for purchases made directly through our website. If you bought NNEXACORE products from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policies.
